Alana De La Garza is an amazing actress who has been leaving an imprint on the small screen. Her parents are Mexican-American and Irish-American. The actress was born in Columbus, Ohio, on December 26 the 26th of December, 1976. Soon after she was moving to Texas and pursued her master's degree in physical therapy at University of Texas. De La Garza didn't last for long in Texas and moved in Orlando Florida where she experienced various acting roles that included local independent films as well as world-wide commercials. Even the small roles did not stop her from discovering she enjoyed acting. After that, she relocated into New York in 2001 and got her first role in the role of Rosa Santos on All My Children which is a soap for the daytime. She had minor roles on JAG The Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men at the beginning of 2000. Her first major part came in the year 2004, on the underrated drama The Mountain. The character was Maria Serrano and De La Garza was fortunate enough to share the screen with some famous TV actors such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. Her most memorable character came in 2006 on Law & Order where she appeared as A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. The actress was on the show for 85 seasons. The character later re-entered the short-lived spin-off Law & Order: LA. De La Garza has been recognized several times for her role as a character, and among them was Best Supporting Actress in Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards. In 2008 she took home the Impact Award for Outstanding Performance in a Dramatic Television Series from the National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza landed a recurring character in CSI Miami a short time later. She was Marisol Deko, as well as spouse to David Caruso's character Horatio. Her most recent appearance on TV was as Doctor. Lena Solis on NBC's mildly darker drama Do No Harm. The series was cancelled after just two episodes. Milano. She is the younger sibling of Cory as well as being Italian through heritage. She grew up in a family that was conservative and deeply religious. Milano's career began at age seven as her babysitter invited her to a talent show. The four selected girls out of over 1,000 applicants were chosen by Milano. Milano performed on TV ads and off Broadway programs, such as the American premiere musical adaptation of Jane Eyre.
